Have never watched it religiously, but at least when Martin, Asif, Dot's hubby and the black fella were around, there was a bit of humour in it.
Last full episode I watched was on christmas day the year that the jock bloke pushed little Mo's face into her turkey dinner and shouted 'Eat It!'
That wsa funny.

I probably watch it once every 6 months, mostly out of curiosity to see if anyone I remember is still in it, and spotting the people that used to be in it, who left thinking a great acting career awaited, and then returned having found out that Eastenders was their true, and perhaps only level.
I wonder if Adam Woodyatt (Ian Beale) will be in it until he dies?
There would be some kind of anthropological fascination in that. An actor spending (almost) his whole life playing one character and in effect, having a second life that millions have watched play out.

I know Danny Dyer is in it now, but no idea his characters name. I reckon if I turned it on now I'd only be able to name 3 people in it but could guarantee its fucking depressing still.
Not sure why anyone would watch this crap when there is 24 hour sports available. Even Dave probably has shows I'd rather watch.
